What We Collect and Why

Email enquiries

When you contact us at joen@telomerase.dk, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and assess a potential consultancy engagement.

Meeting bookings

When you book a call via our Google Calendar link, your name and email address are submitted to Google and shared with us as the meeting organiser. Google's Privacy Policy governs their handling of that data.

Recipients of Your Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The only recipient outside Telomerase ApS is:

• Google LLC — when you use our Google Calendar booking link, your name and email are processed by Google as an independent data controller. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, providing an adequate level of protection for transfers to the United States. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

No other third parties receive your data. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

What We Do Not Collect

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics scripts, and makes no third-party network requests. No tracking data of any kind is collected from site visitors.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Contact and booking data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of last contact, or for the duration of any resulting contractual engagement plus 5 years (to meet Danish accounting requirements), whichever is longer. Data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or request restriction of processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
